What You Need to Know
Is there an rental fee?
• Rental rates: Saturday $1,500 Sunday and Friday $1,000, Mon-Thursday $500. **December and Holiday Premium Rates** Ask about pricing
Outdoor ceremonies must be approved ($500). All events must be done by 11pm. Additional time will be a rate of $200 per hour.
What is included in my rental fee?
Access to the Public School House
1 hour set up Prior to event start time.
Cleaning fee, Taxes. Chairs and tables inside and on patios.
Can we have our wedding ceremony on the property?
Yes. We have a beautiful area on the property for ceremonies. Ask about Pricing. Ceremony pricing $500.00
How many people does Public School House hold?
Occupancy is 88
Seating includes tables, bar and high-top tables. There is extra seating on our patios.
Do you offer food?
We do have a preferred caterer at the Public School House.
Outside caterers must be approved and hold a catering license and insurance, additional fees may apply.
Can we play music?
We do have Sonos and WIFI available, Outdoor music must end at 11pm.
We also have a preferred D.J. and karaoke service, Let’s Groove Entertainment.
Can we set up games?
Sure. We have outdoor patios and grass areas perfect for bags or washers.
(we do not provide games)
Do you have a Projector?
No but our TV has HDMI input.
You may come in prior to your event to make ensure everything is working properly.
How early can we set up?
1 hour prior to your event start time.
Can we Bring outside liquor?
Outside liquor is not permitted.
How does the Cleanup work?
The Public School House will take care of the clean up except, all rental equipment, decoration and supplies must be removed immediately following your event. We are not responsible for any that are left behind.
